After fourteen years, my love for wolves and magic has paid off. I have a love for role-playing, and spend a lot of time doing so. I have always loved to write, too. Reading had another big impact on my life, leading to new adventures and experiences. All my life I have really only read books to do with wolves, or dogs. I have also taken an interest into the magical mist wolves. I had found the idea when browsing across a book called “Avalon Quest for Magic, Book 3, Ghost Wolf”. I read it, and fell in love with the authors magical mist wolves. She gave me the idea, and at first Lord Bambino had begun just like the mist wolves from the book, but then I turned him into a whole new type of breed of mist wolf.
I got the idea of StarClan & the 5 clans from Erin Hunter’s “Warriors” series. At first I was just writing another version of it in a Wolfish-style, then it became something just about totally different. I still tried to stay somewhat on the line of “Warriors”, but I also wanted it to be totally different. I couldn’t help but make it different.
In 7th & 8th grade I spent time with two English teachers. Mr. Craig, & Ms. Shwandt. I didn’t have nearly as much time spent with Mr. Craig as I did Ms. Shwandt, but they were both wonderful. They inspired me & always told me to keep on writing. I have a natural knack for writing stories, and get better as the years go on. This story is my greatest accomplishment so far, but I hope to do better. Vocabulary with Ms. Shwandt widen my own vocabulary and helped me to write this story. In English we read & wrote a lot, witch also helped in writing this.
When I read a book, it widens my whole brain into a new state, giving it more information in many different ways. I love to read, as I had mentioned, and if I didn’t I don’t think I would be the writer I am now. These stories that people tell, make life seem so wonderful, even if the story is harsh. I would like to tell each author personally how much their books helped & changed my life, but I can’t. I just want all authors to keep on writing, and hope they get each book published to share with the world.
If I could, I would especially like to met, and thank, Jack London, because he inspired me with “Call of the Wild” & “White Fang”. I am sure many other people have read the books, and may even feel the same way. Jack London, I thank you.
I like to watch TV too, but I try not to watch it all to often. Every once in a while, even TV will give me ideas for a character. They may just mention a name, or such that will spark an idea. TV can be useful, but don’t get addicted.
I want to say more, but I don’t know what because I can’t acknowledge anyone else, because there is no one else. Maybe someone on the street said something that sparked an idea, but I cannot remember it all. I don’t know whom else to thank, so if I forgot you, I thank you now. Thank you all.
I love each and every one of my readers, and hope they liked this one enough to actually read Shadows in the Sun, Volume Two. I hope you all read Volume two, and enjoy it too. I will acknowledge you all there too.
